Reports Overview

The following reports are available in SLIP:

The Broker Statement report provides a summary of the Broker’s Account with the SLA including all payments, refunds, adjustments, and stamping fees accrued during the month.
The Detailed Policy Activity report provides a list of policy and transaction information by Broker for all transactions registered within the specified date range.
The Monthly Transaction report provides a list of all detailed policy activity submitted and registered during the selected month.
The Premium Amount by Insurer report provides a summary of registered premium by Insurer and a summary of premium by state for the specified Broker in the specified year.
The Submission Coversheet report provides detailed information on every transaction in a specified submission.
The Submission Detail report provides detailed information on each registered transaction, grouped by submission, for a specified Broker in a specified month/year.
The Tag Summary report provides a summary of tag counts per tag type for tags published within the specified date range for the specified Broker and optionally displays detailed information for each individual tag.
The Transaction Details by Coverage/Insurer report provides a list of registered, pending, and returned transactions grouped by Coverage, and Insurer in a User-specified grouping order.
